Underground Technology built a test stand consisting of base concrete cone, 6 inches of rise using UGT's grade and finish rings, East Jordan 1040 frame. UGT's Veil Safe was applied to the exterior. Using a industry standard vacuum plate the ASTM C924-85 test was performed by MGA Testing labs in Troy MI. |  |

Based on the depth of the chimmney section, the structure had to hold 10" hg for 10 seconds without a drop of 1" hg vacuum. The test performance showed 20 seconds plus before the drop occured. Field test have shown indefinite holding capabilities. |
