The test consisted of imposing 50 lbs to 1750 lbs for 1 million cycles. The grade ring did show permanent deformation at the conclusion of the test. The purpose of this test was to show whether cyclic loading would affect the structural integrity. This test provided durability results. Although the grade ring took a permanent deformed set at the end of the test, the potential of water infiltration due to cracking was not evident. | |
