Hole was left over night for backfilling and paving the next day. Severe rains fell and cutout was filled to within a couple of inches of the top of the frame. Upon inspection, the only inflow resulted from leaking through the cover. The site held water for 2 days which forced the contractor to pump out the water to continue work.
